Job Summary

You will drive business growth by focusing on specification-led sales within the residential real estate/ build sector. Your primary objective is to get our brands specified into high-end projects by building and initiating strategic partnerships with Interior Designers, Architects, Developers, and Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Specification & Business Development: Actively source, identify, and track upcoming luxury residential projects to ensure our brands are specified at the design stage.
  • Trade Relationship Management: Proactively cultivate and manage a professional network of Architects, Interior Designers (ID), Developers, and Main Contractors.
  • Project Consultation: Provide technical expertise and bespoke product solutions to trade professionals, assisting them in meeting project design and budgetary requirements.
  • Strategic Networking: Initiate and lead targeted outreach, including off-site presentations, showroom tours for design firms, and industry networking events.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full B2B sales cycle-from initial technical presentation and tender submission to final negotiation and site delivery coordination.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within the B2B interior landscape to identify new resellers and distribution opportunities.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically dealing with the specifier community (Architects/IDs) in the luxury segment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand architectural drawings and technical specifications for lighting and flooring installations.
  • Professional Presence: High level of professional grooming and confidence in presenting to senior partners at design firms and developers.
  • Communication: Fluent in English ability to articulate brand heritage and technical USPs persuasively.
  • Self-Management: Highly disciplined and self-motivated to manage long-lead project cycles and maintain a consistent B2B outreach pipeline.
  • References: Provision of two direct reporting references to support professional credibility.

Employment Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,000 per month
  • Supplemental Pay: High-incentive Tiered Commission (Uncapped)
  • Working Hours: Weekdays, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Includes off-site firm/site visits)
