Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Sales Executive in the automotive sector, where you will have the opportunity to manage client portfolios and drive sales initiatives. This role offers a platform to enhance customer relationships and expand market presence.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and execute sales activities to achieve divisional targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market share and boost sales for each account.
  3. Build strong, multi-level partnerships with assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, logistics, and production, to provide exceptional sales support.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, effectively converting prospects into actual sales.
  6. Conduct design-related activities for automotive clients and coordinate with the product team on sales promotion initiatives.
  7. Provide technical and business support to customers, addressing inquiries effectively.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to enhance product and technical knowledge.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a relevant engineering background.
  3. Proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Positive attitude in a challenging work environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks.
