Assure Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of consultancy services, WSQ-accredited training courses, and digital solutions to clients across Singapore.
This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
. Minimum 2 years success in a Hunter-style sales, preferably in consultancy, training, or professional services
. Fearless in cold outreach, networking, and opening conversations from scratch
. Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quotas and close net-new business
. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with proven ability to win competitive deals
. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities
. Proficient in CRM and sales tools to drive pipeline discipline and performance tracking
. Relentless, self-motivated, and target-obsessed, with the mindset of a closer
. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
