Job Description

Assure Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of consultancy services, WSQ-accredited training courses, and digital solutions to clients across Singapore.

This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present and demonstrate our services and solutions to address customer needs and challenges
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Stay up to date with our offerings and keep informed of market trends and industry developments

What We're Looking For

. Minimum 2 years success in a Hunter-style sales, preferably in consultancy, training, or professional services

. Fearless in cold outreach, networking, and opening conversations from scratch

. Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quotas and close net-new business

. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with proven ability to win competitive deals

. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities

. Proficient in CRM and sales tools to drive pipeline discipline and performance tracking

. Relentless, self-motivated, and target-obsessed, with the mindset of a closer

. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
