Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager (Outdoor Sales)

Salary: Competitive Basic + Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus

A well-established Audio Visual, Lighting & Sound Solutions company, specialise in the sales, distribution, system integration, project installations, and equipment rental for commercial, education, government, and corporate sectors.

We are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing integrated AV solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities across corporate, education, government, and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and quotation preparation to negotiation, project coordination, and after-sales support.
• Promote the company's range of Audio Visual, Professional Sound, Lighting, Video Conferencing, Digital Display, and Integrated AV Solutions.
• Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tenders, and follow up with customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AV technologies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience in Audio Visual (AV), IT, ELV, System Integration, Lighting & Sound, Security Systems, or related industries.
• Candidates with experience selling to government agencies, schools (MOE), consultants, or project contractors will have an added advantage.
• Strong business development, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in an SME environment, where versatility and initiative are valued.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
