What You Will Be Doing
Drive new business across APAC with crypto-native institutions, trading firms, exchanges, fintechs, and financial organizations.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, POC management, negotiation, and closing.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business, product, compliance, risk, and technology.
Develop territory and account strategies to expand Fordefi's presence in key APAC markets.
Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Paxos GTM teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Represent Fordefi at industry events and client engagements.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data.
What we are looking for
5+ years of institutional or enterprise sales experience in crypto, wallet infrastructure, custody, or financial/market infrastructure.
Strong understanding of crypto workflows across DeFi trading, treasury management, tokenization, payments, and other institutional use cases.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating pipeline in new or developing markets.
Hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to operate independently across APAC markets; willingness to travel 25%.
