Job Scope:

AMILI is seeking driven and collaborative individuals that will be heavily involved in our business decisions as we promote the importance of gut health in the region. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be driving revenue growth by promoting the company's services to clinicians, researchers, and medical institutions.

This role will report to the Commercial Head of the Company.

What you will be doing:

Driving sales by promoting the company's product and services to healthcare professionals and institutions for SG market.

Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales records, and monitoring trends to identify sales opportunities

Building strong relationships and rapport with industry experts, and keeping up to date with market intelligence, sales trends, and product innovations

Working with our internal commercial team to identify business opportunities and following through with marketing activities to promote company services and applications of gut microbiome science

Working with internal scientific, product and support teams to address client needs, and to optimize the customer experience to maximize user satisfaction.

Achieving assigned sales targets and expanding customer coverage within the designated territory.

Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals to support clinical engagement.

Analyzing sales performance and market insights to recommend strategic actions for business growth.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local healthcare regulations in all commercial activities.

What you will need:

Bachelor's Degree preferably in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or health sciences

Sales experience in genetics, pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, diagnostics, or other related industries

Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills

Is independent, organized, proactive, and self-driven

Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

What is good to have:

2-3 years of working experience

Candidates with strong sales network in the healthcare space (eg. clinicians, nurses, lab directors, senior hospital executives, etc)
