Manage stock levels and coordinate with warehouses as needed.
Prepare reports on dealer activities, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in channel/dealer sales management, ideally in HVAC or home appliances.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in training and motivating sales teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively manage relationships with regional clients and key stakeholders across Asian markets.
