Sales Executive - AI & Digital Solutions

This 12‑month contract (highly renewable) requires strong consultative B2B sales expertise, engaging SME founders, CEOs, and senior leaders on digital transformation, AI adoption, and business outcomes. Success depends on translating program features into tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound/inbound pipelines with discipline and creativity.
• Engage SME decision‑makers with credibility and confidence.
• Drive enrolment of mid‑ to large‑sized SMEs through proactive outreach and inbound conversion.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting to closing.
• Consistently meet sales and conversion targets with disciplined CRM tracking.
• Develop ecosystem partnerships with tech firms, associations, and SME networks.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and program teams on positioning and eligibility.
• Track KPIs, refine outreach, and report pipeline health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-8 years of B2B sales/business development.
• Proven success selling digital, SaaS, AI, or transformation solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders (CEOs, founders).
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
• Consistent record of exceeding targets.
