Job Description

Assist in managing incoming leads and inquiries
Knowledge in ACMV/HVAC system
Grow Service contract sales by planning & achieving sales objectives & sales target
Develop new account while maintaining existing account
Create, plan and deliver presentation on various services as well as solutions catered to customer needs
Establish and maintain strong rapport with client
Prepare costing and contract quote
Prepare sales report
Attend to customers enquires, feedbacks and complaints
Coordinate with colleagues to optimize sales effort
Follow up & assist to chase for payment
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
With valid class 3 driving license
Own self vehicle will be an added advantage
