Make an Impact by:

  • Ensuring sales processes and policies are compliant to audit requirement by getting respective authorities clearance before roll-out.
  • Designing and executing efficient processes for Business Segment that touches other Divisions such as SME Hotline 1606, Corporate Mobile Support, Networks and Technical helpdesk teams.
  • Instituting Process Knowledge database for Business Segment and ensuring maintenance of real time information for sales and support team reference.
  • Managing day-to-day operational concerns from different stakeholders (Credit Management, 1606, Product, Network, Global Delivery, Customer Service & Support).
  • Deriving efficient processes for Business Segment on GTM or Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Following up on Audit / Operational Compliance issues and ensuring the actions are been implemented and updated for the report.
  • Enhancing Customer Experience through working with relevant stakeholders on the improvement actions for the customer OE / NPS survey.
  • Supporting business transformation projects regarding sales process and system upgrades
  • Managing the filing of both internal / external documentations including sales Contracts / Master Sales Agreement.

Skills for Success:

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from Telco or ICT industries.
  • Knowledge on Sales, Marketing or Operations.
  • Always have the mindset to challenge the status quo.
  • Must have ability to conduct data analytics and make recommendations
  • Effective and efficient problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills with ability to prioritize and respond to ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Excellent communication (in both written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM system is preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
