Job Scope:

• Handle Sales and Marketing duties with suppliers in Asia Pacific regions
• To set up credit line, review and analyze financial status of customers and manage credit control in accordance with our company's requirement
• Liaison and coordination with supplier, clients and overseas offices
• Monthly / Weekly pricing from suppliers to customers / distributors
• Bi-yearly review on sales budget set with suppliers / distributors
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Identifying new customers and maximize business opportunity share from the customers
• Support sale presentations to customers for new product grade
• Manage and coordinate customer support activities and to manage assigned personnel to maximize profit, growth and industry awareness within the boundaries set in the product marketing strategies / objectives
• Manage outstanding invoices
• Setting sales strategy within the sales area
• Support in local key account management, plans and customer contacts
• Provide local market intelligence and share within team

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma
• Possess minimum 1 year of international trade experience
• Knowledge of Polyurethane Chemicals / Engineering Plastics & Elastomers / Polyolefins (PE/PP) / PVC / Petrochemical / Olefin
• Ability to travel frequently on business trips in Asian region
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong communications. Interpersonal and presentation skill
