Job Summary
Drive sales growth by managing lighting projects from customer engagement to order delivery, offering tailored lighting solutions to architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and partners to meet and exceed defined sales targets
- Provide customized lighting solutions to architects, interior designers, developers, E&M consultants, and contractors
- Lead and manage sales projects through all phases until successful order delivery
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Apply project management skills to coordinate sales activities and ensure timely execution
- Negotiate effectively to secure business and optimize outcomes
- Work independently with a results-oriented and business-savvy approach
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Demonstrate 2 to 5 years of sales project management experience in lighting or electrical products for building projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
