Sales Engineer

To provide any and all sales and technical assistance to Customer in relation to appropriate use of Products for obtaining sufficient performance of Products, which includes :

• Maintenance of Products and continuous observation of their performance there through
• Assistance to Customer in case of setting up of Products, including drawing simulation
• Assistance to Customer in case of operation
• Troubleshooting
• Providing Customer with various advices or information at the request by Customer or reasonable discretion by Service Engineer

Gathering information on Products through performance of Services including the above and providing such information to Yokowo, which information includes:

• Information on performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of Products.
• Information on Customer's requirements, opinions, claims, and other remarks regarding Products or their performance or operation
• Information which Customer requires Yokowo in connection with Products

Requirements:

Possesses a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 level is required as communication with our Head Office Engineers and translations of reports to Customer is essential

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines

Experience and familiar with Semiconductor will be an advantage.
