Following continued growth under the State Street Alpha™ brand, CRD is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the APAC Sales Engineering team, supporting the sale of investment lifecycle and data management capabilities.
Sales Engineers:
- Lead the pre-sales effort to educate prospects and existing clients
- Deliver software demonstrations and product presentations
- Work closely with sales representatives to address workflow, product, and best practice questions

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Act as a hands-on product expert in CR IMS and Alpha Data Platform
- Liaise between clients, sales and product teams
- Drive client adoption and identify new opportunities
- Travel across APAC region
- Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders
Time Allocation
- 35% preparation and detailed product presentation and demonstration to highly sophisticated investment professionals
- 25% coordinate and prepare for proof-of-concept activities and client workshops
- 15% follow-up with clients and prospects to close out any unanswered questions or objections
- 10% represent CRD at conferences and industry events
- 10% assist with RFP/RFI preparation
- 5% internal training
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in pre-sales or similar role
- Experience in financial markets industry
- Strong understanding of investment lifecycle and products
