Job Description

  • Basic $3000 - $5000 + Commission + Allowances + Variable Bonus

  • Working location: Tagore

  • Working days: Monday - Friday

  • Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking arrange meetings and conduct sales presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and solution development to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and costings based on client specifications.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, including cross-selling and up-selling of valves, actuators, and related systems.

2. Technical Sales & Solutions

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable valve and actuator solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations and develop customized proposals.
  • Maintain strong product and application knowledge across industries (e.g., oil & gas, marine, water treatment).
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

3. Client & Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, engineers, and external partners to deliver solutions and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelines.

4. Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and new product opportunities.
  • Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, and performance.
  • Share market insights and contribute to improving sales strategies.

5. Customer Service

  • Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and clear communication with clients.
  • Maintain high service standards and build a strong industry reputation.

Key Competencies

  • B2B sales experience in valves, actuators, or industrial equipment preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of flow control systems or steam system.
