The Role: What You'll Do
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the vital link between innovative automation technology and the clients who depend on it. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where technical knowledge meets business development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Be the First Point of Contact- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and process orders with precision and care
Solve Technical Challenges - Provide expert guidance on product specifications, troubleshoot quality concerns, and ensure seamless delivery coordination
Drive Business Growth - Support sales initiatives through compelling presentations, proactive client visits, and strategic follow-ups to uncover new opportunities
Build Lasting Partnerships - Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts
Achieve Measurable Success - Execute sales strategies and activities that contribute directly to revenue targets in the Singapore market
Educational Background:
. NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines)
Technical Edge (Advantageous but not mandatory):
. Knowledge or experience in Pneumatics, Industrial Electrical Interfaces, Control Systems, Robotics, PLCs, or Servo Drive Systems
