Position Overview: As a Sales Engineer specializing in industrial products, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with industrial clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our clients unique needs, present them with tailored solutions, and ultimately close deals that drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, understanding their technical requirements and business challenges.

Product Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of our industrial product portfolio, staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications.

Solution Selling:

Collaborate with our technical teams to create customized solutions that address clients specific needs, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.

Quoting and Proposals:

Prepare and present accurate and compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.


Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and our company.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.

Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to the sales management team.


. Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Equivalent in engineering or a related field.

. Proven track record in technical sales, with at least 2 years of experience selling industrial products.

. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex industrial processes and products.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

. Proficiency in marketing software and Microsoft Office suite.

. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

. Fresh graduates will be considered.
