Responsibilities:
. You will promote and propose Trane Chiller & Equipment to building consultants and contractors
. Responsible for developing long term customer relationships
. Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts
. Maximizing account penetration and customer retention
. Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
. Update forecast timely into the system
. Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier
. Any other duties as assigned from time to time
. You also need to ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
Requirement:
. Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
. 1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus
. Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
. Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
