Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, monitor and direct projects and programs from inception through delivery.
- Organize project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors and the community.
- Direct the activities of sales department/ staff and responsible for planning, budgeting, quotation and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
- Drive strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend GD capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
- High-level contact for negotiations with customer on all contracts, pricing and other business items.
- Responsible for the management of customer satisfaction (Customer Feedback Form) and related result reviews and corrective actions.
- Monitor and responsible for the timely collection of payments and liaise with customer on commercial claims.
- Ensure on-time delivery to customer and meeting other contractual obligation.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Fresh Diploma holder or Nitec in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and/or those with relevant experience in motor control and sensors control are welcome to apply
- Willingness to learn and implement changes to improve work processes.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
