Expand Spirax Sarco business by proactively searching for new customers while maintaining strong services to existing distributors
Undertake a business plan for assigned territories in accordance with set and agreed KPIs and company standards
Evaluate customer requirements to map out solutions and recommend and propose steam system services, improvements and upgrades
Recognize and convey potential areas of opportunity to the marketing and business development team
Negotiation, closing of sales, and conduct product presentations
Preparation of tender bids for Project/MRO quotes with technical and commercial negotiations.
Undertake a business plan for assigned territories in accordance with set and agreed KPIs and company standards
Maintain customer records and proactively plan customer account activities and objectives through CRM
KPIs at weekly and monthly intervals or as directed by the Area Sales Manager
Work closely with all supporting departments including Sales & Service Support, Warehouse & Distribution, and Finance departments to achieve the company's objectives
Other tasks or duties as assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or Diploma with at least 1 - 2 years working experience. Mechanical Engineering background would be an advantage
Personal attributes: Commitment, problem solver, high energy, positive thinker and self-driven
Demonstrate customer service skills and appropriate business presentation
Proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM)
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and positive work attitude
