Location: Tai Seng / Macpherson
Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 + Bonus based on KPI + $850 Car Allowance
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries (semiconductors, electronics, biomedical, aerospace, automotive).
- Generate leads through customer visits, outreach activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
- Provide technical sales support and recommend suitable testing solutions based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with internal teams, HQ, regional offices, and partners to support projects and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within B2B or industrial environments.
- Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of environmental test chambers, HVAC systems, or refrigeration systems will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, and able to work towards sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Possess Class 3 driving license and willing to travel for client visits across Singapore.
