Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions. You will drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, expanding business with existing clients, and ensuring high customer retention. Your success will contribute directly to the company's growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze existing customers current and future requirements to increase business and revenue
  • Develop new customer accounts by researching prospects and planning targeted sales calls
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement
  • Match customer needs to tailored technology solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and sales outcomes
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight unique value propositions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales growth objectives and accountability
  • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
  • Proven work experience and successful sales track record as a Sales Engineer
  • Experience with Electric Motors and Drives is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a proactive Can Do attitude to overcome challenges
  • Passionate about technology products and eager to explore technical areas beyond core responsibilities
  • Motivated to exceed expectations and deliver measurable impact
  • Entry-level candidates with the right attitude are welcome, as on-the-job training will be provided
