Job Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers, EPC contractors, distributors, and business partners
  • Drive engineering sales activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Support project discussions, technical proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
  • Coordinate closely with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer requirements
  • Manage project follow-ups, customer enquiries, and after-sales support
  • Expand and strengthen distributor and partner network within Singapore market
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline)
  • 3–5 years of relevant working experience within the manufacturing or industrial industry
  • Proven experience in engineering sales, EPC projects, distributor management, or partner development
  • Experience in HVAC, data center, semiconductor, or pharmaceutical industry will be highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage both technical and commercial discussions effectively
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with industrial products, systems, or engineering solutions is an advantage
