- Position : Sales Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment / Spare Parts & Services/ Electronics)
- Location : Kaki Bukit East Region
- Working hours : 5 days work week Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $5500 + 14 days Annual leave add 1 day per year capped at 21 days
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR OF SEMICONDUCTOR ASSEMBLY AND TESTING EQUIPMENT
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage sales of spare parts, services, and modifications for assigned customer accounts
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, complaints, and sales negotiations
- Coordinate with equipment sales teams, technical teams, customers, and Japan counterparts on delivery, pricing, and technical issues
- Prepare bi-weekly/monthly sales reports and update sales forecasts
- Analyze sales invoices and support forecast planning
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/ Degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Team player with good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin
