SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provides quotation and negotiation.
• Expand new client base, maintain and service existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly sales report to management.
• Support Sales Manager in preparation of technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Attend enquiry and evaluation of repair work requirement.
• Liaise with technical manager and other relevant staff in the evaluation and resolution of any quotation / order issues before submission of quotation
• Resolve problems with customer after repair service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferable has some Sales related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• At least 2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry or related field.
• Pleasant disposition, pro-active, outgoing and positive mindset.
