As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Sales Engineer /Executive to join our vibrant and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer development: Build long-term customer relationships and drive continuous business growth. Proactively develop and manage local and overseas distributor networks.
- Quotation & Pricing: Prepare sales quotes and follow-up with distributors and customers to ensure timely closure of sales. Monitor and track local and overseas sales.
- Sales Coordination: Assist in managing leads, preparing proposals, and updating CRM data. Generate regular reports to help drive sales strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by being the first point of contact for inquiries. Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Offer sales support and product training to both local and overseas customers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum A Level or Diploma in preferably Engineering discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience managing channel distribution sales
- Proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a Class 3 driver's license is an added advantage
