Key Responsibilities

• Handle ventilation fan sales enquiries from contractors, consultants, and customers

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for ventilation fan systems

• Perform fan selections, airflow calculations, static pressure calculations, and related technical evaluations

• Recommend suitable ventilation solutions based on project requirements

• Liaise with suppliers and factories on technical specifications, lead times, and pricing

• Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers to secure orders

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

• Attend site meetings and occasional site inspections when required

• Maintain proper documentation of quotations, drawings, and project records

• Support business development and identify new sales opportunities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are welcome to apply

• Basic understanding of ventilation systems, airflow, and static pressure calculations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Able to read technical drawings and specifications

• Independent, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Possess strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical ventilation systems

• Experience with contractor and project sales

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or selection software is an advantage

• Understanding of Singapore construction and M&E industry practices

• Bilingual
