Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will manage both direct customer accounts and channel partners in SEA and ANZ. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong opportunity funnel to achieve these targets and maintain a strong relationship with your assigned accounts. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to implement and drive product and sales strategies to drive growth in our Cleanroom and Adhesives business.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
. Generate leads through phone, email, and other marketing campaigns.
. Identify White Space in assigned territories and then develop channel plan to capture White Space opportunity.
. Collaborate with Product Managers, principal vendors and R&D to identify opportunities and win projects.
. Become an expert on the products and territories represented.
. Take full ownership of measuring, tracking and reporting progress for your assigned accounts and territories.
Skills Required
. A drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges
. 1 - 2 years of sales or business development experience
. Prior experience in the industrial adhesive business would be a plus
. Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
