Your Responsibilities: -
- Develop strong technical knowledge of the company's manufacturing processes, products, and industry trends to effectively promote solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs, providing technical support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and account development.
- Deliver product presentations and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Gather customer feedback and work with internal stakeholders to support continuous product and service improvements.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and prepare regular sales reports to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
You will need: -
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Field Application Engineering, or Technical Sales, preferably within the manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial sectors.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
