As a Sales Engineer
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Precision Machinery Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales of high-quality precision machinery, and contributing to the growth of our brand in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities for large-scale or custom engineering projects
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements and commercial objectives
- Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and project teams to develop proposals
- Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and commercial submissions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms within approved authority
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to project award
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and confidential records
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in project-based sales, preferably in engineering, machinery, or industrial sectors
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Results-driven with strong commercial awareness
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or capital equipment sales
- Experience handling RFQs, tenders, and long sales cycles
