As a Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Precision Machinery Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales of high-quality precision machinery, and contributing to the growth of our brand in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities for large-scale or custom engineering projects
  • Engage with clients to understand project requirements and commercial objectives
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and project teams to develop proposals
  • Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and commercial submissions
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms within approved authority
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to project award
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and confidential records
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in project-based sales, preferably in engineering, machinery, or industrial sectors
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Results-driven with strong commercial awareness

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or capital equipment sales
  • Experience handling RFQs, tenders, and long sales cycles
