Job Responsibilities:

. Acting as principal technical liaison for the project, customer, subcontractors, and company.

. Reviewing project specifications and related documents.

. Ensuring focus on understanding customer's needs and solving customer's technical problems to improve customer satisfaction.

. Performing design and detail engineering. Preparing engineering documents and drawings according to Vendor Document Schedule.

. Managing engineering design, analysis, and drafting to effectively and efficiently deliver technical requirements for the project in accordance with the schedule requirements.

. Create and initiate logistics to maintain projects onsite.

. Create, design and develop project management processes ensuring high quality standards.

. Direct and support technical teams in designing, executing and implementing of projects.

. Ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and within the budget limits.

. Manage official correspondence and interact with contractors and project executors.

. Evaluate, assess and improvise chain of command and protocol to ensure smooth execution of the project.

. Ensure compliance of the project with the established standards and procedures of the company.

. Maintain and update project related database in a timely manner.

. Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

. Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.

. Interact regularly with senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions and customers.

. Project managers have to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. They may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support

. Provide assistance in CNC Precision Maching and PLC Works.

Requirements:

. Diploma in Mechanical engineering required.

. With at least 2-3 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry

. Knowledge of executing project management/ project sales highly regarded.

. Experience with sales analytics.

. Able to withstand pressure in meeting sales targets.

. Strong presentation skills.

. Driving license is a must
