Responsibilities and duties
. Introduce and share information on the company's products and
services to new and existing customers.
. Support on pre-sale and post-sale.
. Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and
maximizing customer retention.
. Attend and follow-ups to customers and ensure service delivery
standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
. Able to meet customer to handle complaints for negotiation and follow
up purchase order etc.
. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
. Able to work independent with minimal supervision.
. On-the-job training will be provided.
Qualification and Requirements
. Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering or
related field.
. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to
handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
. Preferably with some years of experience in semiconductor industry,LED/LCD industry.
