Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve defined targets and goals. Understand product offerings and interpret specifications to provide precise technical guidance. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers, focusing on satisfaction and loyalty. Respond swiftly to inquiries and utilize feedback to enhance services and products. Identify and secure new business opportunities by negotiating and finalizing deals. Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate favorable terms, including pricing and delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers for timely order fulfillment. Conduct sales visits and develop new accounts using targeted strategies to augment market share. Organize and engage in industry events, such as trade shows and seminars, to promote products. Perform market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs. Travel up to 70% within designated territories to support customer engagement and sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. 7 to 10 years of sales or engineering experience in relevant industries. Familiarity with equipment such as pumps, compressors, downhole equipment, wellhead components, and valve seals. Strong communication abilities with a capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, organized, and driven by sales goals.
