Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic sales team where you will play a crucial role in driving sales for vacuum systems and solutions. This position offers the opportunity to cultivate lasting client relationships while meeting sales targets and exploring diverse industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales of vacuum pumps, systems, parts, and services across Singapore. Develop new accounts and enhance relationships with key clients to achieve sales objectives. Engage with customers regularly to initiate and manage sales activities effectively. Prepare quarterly sales forecasts and ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are met. Track and report sales activities via a CRM system. Address sales inquiries and create proposals for pumps, repair services, and spare parts. Assist with hands-on troubleshooting related to aftersales and customer support. Generate sales leads, follow up on opportunities, and manage quotations proactively. Evaluate and interpret customer specifications during contract reviews collaborate with Order Administration for shipment updates. Identify application possibilities with clients and propose tailored technical solutions. Conduct market competitor analysis and assess pricing across various segments in Singapore. Provide product and application training to customers.

Requirements

  • ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, sales applications, or marketing within electronic, semiconductor, biomedical, oil and gas, chemical, or pharmaceutical sectors. Familiarity with pumps and relevant field experience is advantageous but not essential.
