Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing industries requiring industrial coding and marking solutions.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, including post-sales support and service contract coordination.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to support pre- and post-sales activities, including installation and maintenance.
- Track sales activities, project progress, and customer feedback, and recommend suitable upgrades or solutions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in technical sales or sales engineering within a related industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
