Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

• Prospect and hunt for opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors
• Develop a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits
• Engage with M&E contractors, consultants to promote standbygenerator solutions

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase standby generator offerings

Sales Execution

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless execution

Requirements:

• Preferred to have 2 years of experience in standby generator sales or related power solutions industry candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in standby generators, power solutions, or related industries
• Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and self-motivated approach to acquiring new customers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Technical knowledge of standby generators or willingness to learn
• Class 3 driving license with the ability to travel for site visits and client meetings
