Proactively develop new customers and grow the business with existing customers.
Perform product costing and RFQs to customers.
Advise, propose and recommend effective solutions for products.
Understand customers needs & requirements and liaise with the department concerned to meet these needs.
Provide quality after-sales service and value-add service to customers through technical problem advisory, proposal of alternatives and cost savings.
Develop account strategies to meet sales growth & profitability targets.
Liaise with the Design, Material and Sub-con teams for quotations requirements to customers.
Gather customers insight and market intelligence to assist business teams to win projects and countering competitors strategies.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of Sales experience in relevant field
With market intelligence of stamping industry
Technical understanding in metal stamping, tool making, machining processes and costing.
