Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Microscopy solutions to academic, research, clinical, and industrial customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and direct customers to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in life sciences, biotechnology, and related sectors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with end users.
- Support distributors with technical training, pre-sales support, and marketing activities.
- Work closely with application specialists and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts through CRM tools.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and product exhibitions as a representative.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in channel sales / B2B sales / analytical instruments industry.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and microscopy applications is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
