Sales Engineer (Measurement Equipment/MNC)

Job Descriptions:

• Drive sales growth for precision measuring instruments within the assigned region
• Achieve individual and regional sales targets
• Collaborate closely with appointed distributors to enhance sales performance
• Provide product training, sales support, and participate in joint customer engagements
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution discussions, and prepare technical proposals
• Work with the Application Engineering team on complex applications
• Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to support product positioning and development
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders alongside channel partners
• Implement account penetration strategies to drive long-term business growth
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in test & measurement or related industries
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners is a plus
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel locally
