We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive business growth in the field of precision cooling, HVAC systems, and data center thermal management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in mechanical or HVAC engineering paired with strong commercial acumen.
You will work closely with end users, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and channel partners to promote highperformance cooling solutions for missioncritical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the data center, industrial, commercial, and critical facilities sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, customer meetings, technical presentations, proposal preparation, quotations, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, M&E firms, facility managers, and key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market presence within Singapore and the region (if applicable).
Technical & Solution Support
- Provide technical recommendations for cooling systems such as CRAC/CRAH, chillers, AHUs, liquid cooling, and thermal management solutions.
- Conduct site visits, gather technical requirements, and propose suitable system configurations.
- Work closely with engineering and service teams to prepare BOQs, solution layouts, and technical proposals.
Market Engagement & Account Management
- Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Track industry and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities in hyperscale, enterprise, and edge data center sectors.
- Conduct product training, seminars, and solution demonstrations for customers and partners.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HVAC, cooling systems, mechanical systems, or data center infrastructure sales
- Experience in Precision cooling CRAC/CRAH systems Data center thermal management Industrial cooling systems
