Your Focus: Semiconductor &Industrial

As a Sales Engineer in our Semiconductor & Industrial division, you'll do more than represent a product portfolio. You'll own the full client journey, from the very first conversation to long after the solution is live. That means understanding a client's operational environment, identifying the right solution, working through technical assessments, supporting integration, and staying close through after-sales service and support.

Our portfolio spans thermal management and process heating systems, AI-powered energy optimisation for industrial chiller and utility systems, process instrumentation and wet chemical analytics, commercial solar energy, and advanced industrial components for cleanroom and fabrication environments. Your clients will be engineers, facility managers, and procurement decision-makers at some of the most recognised names in the global semiconductor industry, including the manufacturers behind today's most advanced AI chips, and they'll come to rely on you as a trusted partner, not just a vendor.

Beyond Your Division

We are more than one team. Across our regional offices, dedicated divisions serve the Healthcare & Medical sector, partnering with hospitals, specialists, and medical institutions across the region, and an emerging Personal Health & Wellness Technology division working at the intersection of advanced bio-frequency technology and modern well being. Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in professional sales, working closely with and supporting our Business Manager to drive business growth across high-growth industries. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a meaningful role in driving our success by managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering the right solutions from start to finish. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, a positive mindset, and the drive to make a real impact in a fast-moving environment.

(Key Responsibilities) What You Will Achieve

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.

Support the Business Manager in day-to-day sales operations, including coordinating client appointments, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth communication across the team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and order status to support efficient operations and reporting.

Process and coordinate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

Develop a strong understanding of our product portfolio to provide informed guidance, technical support, and recommendations to new and existing clients.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations on our services and solutions.

Support the full sales cycle by assisting with negotiations, handling objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent service and recommending new opportunities for improvement.

Share client feedback and on-the-ground observations with your team to help build the company's awareness of market trends, new opportunities, and competitor activity.

Collaborate closely with senior engineers and the sales team to support solution delivery, client onboarding, and technical execution across the full project life cycle.

Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and educational workshops to build your professional network and technical knowledge.

(Qualifications) What You Bringto the Table

Minimum Diploma or Degree.

Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage.

You are self-driven and personable, with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

You have a strong desire to learn, especially about technology and sales.

You are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM tools or sales platforms is a bonus full training will be provided.

You are willing to travel as needed to meet with clients.

Experience in a similar industry is an advantage but not required.

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred for this role.

Proficiency in English is required.

Mandarin is an advantage (useful for customer and principal-facing communication)
