Job Description & Requirements
- Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provides quotation and negotiation.
- Expand new client base, maintain and service existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly sales report to management.
- Support Sales Manager in preparation of technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Attend enquiry and evaluation of repair work requirement.
- Liaise with technical manager and other relevant staff in the evaluation and resolution of any quotation / order issues before submission of quotation
- Resolve problems with customer after repair service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- 5-days work week from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- 14 days annual leave
- 14 days medical leave
- AWS
- Variable bonus - depends on company & individual performance
- Full reimbursement of medical fees otherwise specified
- Cover under company's group insurance scheme
- Esso Petrol card will be provided for those having their own vehicle
