About the Role

This is a dynamic, client-facing role that combines business development with account management. You will be actively involved in identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and driving projects from tender stage through to execution, making a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, tenders, and contractual documents
• Identify and track upcoming projects and tender opportunities within the market
• Manage client enquiries and build long-term business relationships
• Lead commercial discussions and support the securing of project awards
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop practical solutions and execution strategies
• Coordinate across teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in a sales, project, or coordination role
• Prior experience working with contractors or project-based environments will be advantageous
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
