Sales Engineer(Integrated Security & ELV Solutions)

As part of Multidata's next phase of growth, we are hiring a Sales Engineer to expand our commercial capabilities and support increasing demand across healthcare, infrastructure, and institutional sectors.

This is a newly created role focused on building pipeline, supporting existing key accounts, and developing new opportunities in a structured engineering environment.

You will work closely with management, project teams, and engineers to deliver practical, buildable solutions for customers operating in mission-critical environments.

This role is designed for individuals who want to step into a managerial position, as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Support expansion into new business areas and customer segments

• Work with engineering and operations teams to develop compliant ELV and security solutions

• Build relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
• Identify upgrade, renewal, and maintenance opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security systems, ELV, technical project sales, or related industries
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering
• Proven experience in business development, tender submissions, quotations, and commercial negotiations. Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or other live operational environments will be an advantage
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, intercom, alarm, or integrated security systems preferred
• Applicants should currently reside in Singapore.
