Sales Engineer (Industrial weighing equipment)

Key Responsibility

• Prospect and generate new leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Regularly conduct seminars, product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospects
• Develop sales proposals and negotiate contracts
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Meet or exceed weekly sales activities targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of sales success in the industrial weighing industry, with a focus on cross-selling and building long-term relationships
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sales team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Strong desire and motivation to excel in the assigned market segment and proactively explore avenues for growth
