We are looking for an Experienced Sales Engineer who is driven, disciplined, and confident in developing new business from the ground up. This role is not account management it's a hunting role that requires persistence, technical understanding, and strong communication skills. Cold calling, client visits, and follow-ups are core parts of this job. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals in industrial automation.
Responsibilities
Actively generate new leads through cold calls, emails, site visits, and networking.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable PLC, HMI, drive, and control solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow through to deal closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
