Job Description

  • 5 days work week, 8.30am - 6pm

  • Location: Tuas (company transport is provided)

  • Class 3 license is a must

  • Experience in HVAC is a must

  • Permanent role

Our client is a one-stop service solutions provider for cooling equipment in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate potential clients, projects, and opportunities within the HVAC sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs and project requirements.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections while providing accurate and relevant information.

  • Provide technical support/equipment selections/solutions and proposals to customers/consultants/ designers.

  • Prepare and collecting all the required documents, upload, submit, monitor tender announcement, and follow up with related PIC or divisions.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients existing HVAC systems, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with project engineer teams and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project handover from sales to execution.

  • Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met within defined timelines, budgets, safety practices and policies.
