Duties & Responsibilities:
Reports to the Sales Manager and establish action plans according to corporate objectives
Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers
Discussing technical requirements with customers and engineers
Maintain positive relationship with customers
Ensure fulfillment of performance
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales
Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
Identify new business opportunities in the market as well as within existing portfolio
Maintain an extensive knowledge of our company's technical products
Provide feedback and market insights to support product strategy and business planning
Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up-selling, cross-selling, and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
Requirements
BEng/Dip in Engineering or relevant field
Class 3 Driving License preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales field, or fresh grad with relevant education background and good presentation skills
Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Excellent presentation and creativity skills
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
Proven track record in B2B sales and customer account management
Candidates with relevant and extensive experience may be considered for a senior role.
