Job Description:
- Liaise and communicate with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents and contracts based on project requirements.
- Monitor upcoming and ongoing projects for tender opportunities.
- Handle sales inquiries and build long-term business relationships with existing clients and contractors.
- Conduct commercial negotiation with clients for potential and ongoing projects.
- Follow up closely on projects process and completion to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, required quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to develop suitable technical solutions and project strategies for clients.
- Work collaboratively across all organizational levels to ensure projects are executed efficiently with appropriate resource utilization.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification is required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales / project management, preferable within the Construction industry.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
- Able to commit extended working hours when necessary.
Working Hours: (Mon to Fri) 9am to 5.30pm
