Job Title: Sales Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role bridges technical knowledge with sales acumen, enabling you to understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out potential opportunities in the market.
  • Understand client technical requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and technical presentations.
  • Together with the team, follow up with all the enquiries and bring back the orders.
  • Work with the engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territories or market segments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Engineering-base education/training (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is an advantage.
  • Having the ambition, and dedicated attitude to be in the sales profession.
  • Possess sales experience in a technical/industrial environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand clients requirement and conceptualize the solution.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willing and ever-ready to meet clients face to face.
